The scholarship is tenable for one year for full time MSc students and tenable for\u00a0three years for PhD full time students subject to satisfactory progress. Part time awards will be pro rata.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The scholarship will be awarded to a student who is accepted for admission onto an eligible part-time or full-time MSc or PhD programme at the University of Edinburgh commencing in 2021-2022.\u00a0 Applicants must have applied for one of the following programmes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>an eligible MSc programme (see below): or<\/li>\n<li>PhD in a subject related to the work of the ECCI<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Applicants must be nationals of, and resident in, Greece or Cyprus at the time of application.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eligible Masters Programmes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>LLM Global Environment and Climate Change Law<\/li>\n<li>MSc Carbon Finance<\/li>\n<li>MSc Carbon Management<\/li>\n<li>MSc Energy, Society and Sustainability<\/li>\n<li>MSc Marine Systems and Policies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Applicants who have already commenced their programme of study on the closing date or studying part-time intermittent or by online learning\u00a0are not eligible for this scholarship.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The scholarship will be awarded on the basis of academic merit.
